The World Is a Spiritual Vacuum
This world is a spiritual vacuum, and everything and everyone living on this earth is slowly but surely being sucked into it. There are no exceptions as to who is being affected. It is everyone, everywhere across the globe. No matter who you are or what you know, where you reside or where you choose to go, your life exists in this vacuum.
A Fabricated Game of Sides
The delusion that is being reinforced by this world system and world powers, and the most considerable and most powerful human entities that exist, is that this is all a game of sides. It’s not even so much the side of God or the devil—as some conclude. There is no side that Satan has apart from God. He is not God’s archenemy. He is God’s tool. He is his own enemy whose very existence serves God’s ultimate purpose and plan for divine retribution and restitution of all things. Everyone who chooses to stand against God is their own enemy. They are not on God’s level to actually be His enemy. They make themselves enemies of God. They are by nature their own enemies who will be consumed by their own deeds—even as the reckoning of those deeds will result in their incurrence of the wrath of a sovereign God.
This is not a game of sides. This is, more accurately, a game of lies, and the truth is not that there are some of us who don’t subscribe to lies and are all about the truth. The truth is that your portion in life within this spiritual vacuum, if you will be free from its suction of corruption, is to actively identify which lies you have bought into. The reason why this world is positioned to be consumed by fire under the judgment of God is because there is nothing untouched by the lies that have corrupted and perverted it, which every level of human life and consciousness has been affected by. Hence, the spiritual vacuum.
Humanity has been on a circular yet progressive decline, which climaxes at the very end of times—the time that is set for human corruption to face divine wrath and eternal judgment. If, indeed, we have all been affected by lies and to varying degrees absorbed them into our lives, then it is safe to say that we will all be judged on account of how we have dealt with being absolved of them or overcome by them. Ironically, one outstanding lie that pervades the world is the idea that we have the ability to absolve ourselves of lies. This is the foundational lie of humanity, in fact, by which we assume goodness unto ourselves by how good we deem ourselves to be, which is not a remedy for our corruptible state of being.
Born into a world ruled by lies and governed through deception, we cannot absolve ourselves of their influence and impact, because they are written in our very conscience. Our human nature is a lying nature deceived by sin, which collectively enslaves us no matter what SIDE of the world we choose to take. The LIE of it all remains the same.
An Endless Chasm of Conflict
The foundational truth regarding this world is that we are fundamentally and unequivocally hopeless creatures of habitual sin and degradation being consistently swept away in intervals of corrupt indulgence that will incur retroactive judgment. Yes! There is no act—past, present or future—left unaccounted for when we dare rely upon our own selves to pardon or absolve ourselves of sins that we remain guilty of under its eternal condemnation. Every solution, idea, goal, or pursuit that we assume unto ourselves as an answer to this fallen state is another collection of dust ready to be sucked up into the spiritual vacuum of the world. There is no hope in such a world. Our condition is irreversible and irredeemable on account of sinful condemnation. Hence, what we often spend the most of our time engaged in is reactions to things, people, situations and engagements in the world, because there are no real actions that would produce a creational absolute bringing a conclusive resolution to our degrading condition.
You can never come about a wholesome solution to a problem you are incapable of understanding the complete scope of. That’s why the world is always full of problems and never arriving at final solutions, except the ones that people dupe themselves into believing they arrive at, which is the full extent and expression of human pride, conceit, and deceit that keeps people running in the direction of lies and futility. The core of humanity’s problems is sin, and the manufactured solutions that humanity arrives at are all wrapped up in the lies that sin inspires, whether consciously, subconsciously or unconsciously. There is no way out of this. The failure of humanity is all-inclusive, and it does not answer to the singling out of individuals under the pretentious notion of their exclusive moral, ethical, governmental or lawful shortcomings. In fact, the magnifying of failures exhibited by others is often a controlled mechanism used to deflect attention from failures of our own. Nonetheless, they are all a collective summation of failure, which no supposed success of our own can rectify.
Considering the Options
Redemption is not within ourselves. It is outside of ourselves, and it is inside of what we as human creatures oppose by nature, and that is total, complete, absolute dependence on who and what is greater than ourselves. Most people who even believe in this—acknowledging who or what is greater than themselves—often still find themselves caught up in what they attempt to prove and validate of themselves. They endeavor to infuse the greater into the lesser by self-effort, but the true way that concerns faith is allowing the greater to rule and reign over the lesser. So then it is not about what we have a say in, what we can make a case with, or what we can score a win on. It is simply about what the greater One has made a way for in restoring what has been lost on account of human failure. Our responsibility is to understand what that way entails, not to devise efforts based on our own intentions, and to attend to the purposes that are above us, not the distractions that surround us.
If, indeed, God has given humanity something to believe, then what we choose to entertain against that is to our own detriment and only valid in the eyes of those who believe contrarily. If God exists to inspire humanity on the basis of faith, then faithlessness is not an avenue of welcome for that inspiration. We must believe in God even as we believe in what is given of Him. We are, even so, free to continue on in our unbelief; and as long as you don’t believe, there is nothing you can truly receive. Before we can even consider the validity of something we have to believe in what it is that we are presented with, and consider all things in regards to it as we learn of it more completely. Refusal to believe is the willful choice to deny the reality and existence of something. Such is the case with disbelief in God and unbelief towards Christ, which some simply choose to deny the legitimacy—even endeavoring to use science against the case of His realness. It is extremely arrogant, regardless of whether or not science proves God, to think that our finite human scope of intelligence and exploration can tap or scale the existence of a supreme and limitless being. It is utterly foolish—not to mention the self-posited conclusion of some that there is no God, which is utterly baseless.
The Singular Solution
For those who can at least start with belief in God, it is our job to examine, search out, and consider on the basis of faith the truth that regards what we do not see that is greater than what we see, and to allow divine understanding to eclipse our own human understanding. Faith, not just in the understanding of God but in understanding from God (the difference being reliance on ourselves versus dependence on Him as our source) eradicates self-dependence and self-reliance for validation. The evidence of true faith is a subduing, subjecting, subverting, and shattering of human effort exchanged for divine empowerment. That is the absolute hallmark of the believer who has truly come about the understanding of faith in God, which is quite literally faith from God. If it is not given by Him it is truly not of Him.
True faith is a gift that is not of ourselves, and must be understood as being that which is given by God, not assumed unto ourselves by self-will. It is God’s gift of grace through faith that saves us, and this is the only way of escape from the spiritual vacuum that is the world, which is accomplished wholly and solely by the redemptive work of Jesus Christ Himself. He is the One who actively destroys sin’s power and ensures freedom from its condemnation. It is belief in Christ for salvation that is the power of God unto salvation with nothing of ourselves that can be added to it and nothing of ourselves that can take away from it. This is the gospel—the good news—and the single hope for humanity that resides in the reality that Jesus Christ alone saves according to inspired faith, which the world has not given and the world cannot take away.
